Procurement Solution
Custom Marble Vanity Tops Built From Real Basin and Tap Drawings
On a bathroom vanity top the cut-outs are the product. Same-day shop drawings against actual slabs, CNC-machined openings and piece-by-piece inspection keep 36 inch single tops and 60–72 inch double vanities installable the week they land.

The buyer's pain point and our technical solution
A custom marble vanity top ordered from overall dimensions alone is the most common way bathroom stone gets scrapped. The basin does not fit the cut-out, the tap holes sit where a catalogue said they should instead of where the real faucet needs them, or the stone rail between two bowls is narrower than the bowl rim can bridge. Nothing about the marble is wrong — but on a vanity top, the cut-outs are the product, and a few millimetres decide everything.
What a scrapped vanity top really costs
The invoice is only the start. The bathroom cannot be handed over, tiling and plumbing trades stand down, and on a hotel floor the same error multiplied across forty rooms becomes a programme problem. Because natural veining cannot be repeated to order, a replacement top cut later will never be a perfect twin of the first.
Our solution: the drawing before the cut, the same day
- Same-day shop drawing: send the cabinet plan, basin and tap models and site measurements; we mark every opening — bowl cut-outs, tap-hole centres and diameter, overflow, splash heights and minimum stone rails — on the image of the actual slab your order will be cut from. Multiple drawing revisions are accepted.
- CNC machining against frozen templates: internal corners follow the approved radius; fragile rails between openings are calculated, not discovered on site.
- Full inspection before packing: each top is checked against the approved drawing, packed with polished faces protected and openings labelled.
- Single-piece orders accepted: a one-vanity renovation and a forty-room hotel programme run through the same drawing-to-inspection path, and the hotel rooms stay identical because they are cut from one approved drawing and one slab group.
Value for the buyer
Standard widths — 25.5 in, 31 in, 36 in and 37 in single tops, 60 in and 72 in double tops — keep projects compatible with off-the-shelf cabinetry, and the trade asks for exactly these formats (about 650–915 mm and 1525–1830 mm). Typical depth runs 21–22 in (about 550 mm), set by the cabinet below. The top that arrives is the top that was drawn: no second freight cycle for replacements, and a handover you can schedule.

Procurement FAQ
- Which vanity widths do you build to?
- Standard widths are 25.5 in, 31 in, 36 in and 37 in for single tops and 60 in and 72 in for double tops — the cabinet sizes the industry is tooled around. Custom widths are produced to drawing.
- Can I approve the bowl and tap positions before you cut?
- Yes. Every order returns a shop drawing showing cut-outs, tap-hole centres and minimum rails on the actual slab image; cutting starts only after you approve it. Revisions after approval are supported.
- How do you keep forty hotel tops consistent?
- All tops are cut from one approved drawing and adjacent positions in the same slab group, then inspected piece by piece against the same template before packing.
- Is Calacatta White practical in a bathroom?
- With honed or polished finish chosen honestly and pH-neutral care, yes. Unlike resin-based surfaces, an etched marble top can be re-honed on site instead of replaced.
- What is the minimum order?
- Single-piece orders are accepted, so one-vanity renovations follow the same shop-drawing and inspection path as full hotel floors.
