24 Inch Vanity with Marble Top: The Small Module, Treated Like a Program
The smallest vanity top is the one most suppliers handle worst: single-piece orders get queued, cut-outs get defaults and lots drift. This module keeps 24 in tops as a standing standard — drawings in one day, cut-outs to your cabinet, lots that match across phases.

The buyer's pain point and our technical solution
A 24 inch vanity with a marble top is the module behind most powder rooms, guest baths and rental turnovers — and it is the size most stone programs handle worst. Small tops sit at the bottom of project queues, cut-outs arrive in default positions that do not match the cabinet, and stone bought per order drifts between lots until the portfolio looks mismatched.
Three failures define the market for this size. First, queueing: single tops are treated as offcuts, not orders. Second, cut-out defaults: faucet spreads and basin positions are fabricated to a template instead of the cabinet drawing. Third, lot drift: each order pulls from whatever is available, so no two refreshes match.
What a standard-size program does differently
- Published catalog modules run at 25.5, 36 and 37 in single tops and 60 and 72 in double tops (about 65, 91, 94, 152 and 183 cm); other vanity widths — 24, 31, 49 and 61 in — are cut to the cabinet drawing as made-to-order modules, with depth confirmed on the drawing. Either way the cut-outs are never a template: faucet spread and basin position are confirmed on the cabinet drawing for every order.
- Single-piece orders are accepted, and processing drawings are issued within one working day of confirmed specifications, so replacement and turnover programs keep their own schedule.
- Repeat modules draw from a documented lot range — ≥300 dpi slab scans back the reference — so phase two still matches phase one.
Where a request falls outside the standard modules — unusual depths, integral bowls, curved fronts — feasibility is confirmed on the drawing at quotation stage rather than assumed after fabrication.
Documented project cases
Hardware retailer stocking 24 in tops for rental turnover
- Client / commission
- Home improvement retailer, North America
- Stone used
- 24 in marble vanity tops with integral basin, held as a repeat stock item
- What it solved
- Rental turnovers need fast single-top replacements, but most stone programs are built around large project batches with long lead times
- Before
- The retailer had been sourcing tops one at a time from local fabricators, with inconsistent edge profiles and unpredictable delivery
- Now
- A standing 24 in module with a fixed edge profile and pre-agreed packing plan was set up, so replenishment orders ship as single crates without new drawing cycles
- Where the data comes from
- Company order records and retailer intake notes
Rental-apartment refresh program in one 24 in module
- Client / commission
- Property management company, rental portfolio, United Kingdom
- Stone used
- 24 in vanity tops in one marble family for phased bathroom refreshes across a rental portfolio
- What it solved
- Bathroom refreshes rolled out unit by unit, and tops sourced per phase arrived as slightly different stones from different suppliers
- Before
- Each refresh cycle re-quoted from open market, producing colour drift that tenants noticed between units
- Now
- One stone family was allocated to the program; each phase draws from the same lot range, and unit bathrooms now read consistently across the portfolio
- Where the data comes from
- Project order file and property management acceptance notes
Guest-cottage vanity replacement matched to existing cabinetry
- Client / commission
- Holiday-let operator, coastal market
- Stone used
- Single 24 in marble vanity top cut to match existing cabinetry and plumbing positions
- What it solved
- The existing cabinet had non-standard tap-hole and basin positions, and the property could not close for more than a few days
- Before
- A previous replacement top arrived with the faucet spread in the default position and had to be returned
- Now
- Positions were confirmed on the cabinetry drawing before cutting; the top arrived with cut-outs in the confirmed positions and was installed in one visit
- Where the data comes from
- Company order records and operator correspondence

Procurement FAQ
- Is a 24 in vanity top a standard size you keep in production?
- 24 in width (about 61 cm) is cut to order for vanity programs — send the cabinet drawing and we confirm feasibility and depth at quotation. Our published catalog modules are 25.5, 36 and 37 in single tops and 60 and 72 in double tops; other widths such as 31, 49 and 61 in are likewise produced to drawing rather than held as fixed stock modules. Cut-out positions are always confirmed on the cabinet drawing for each order.
- Can you match the top to my existing cabinet's tap and basin positions?
- Yes. Send the cabinet drawing or the measured positions — faucet spread, basin type and any offset — and the cut-outs are fabricated to those positions. Default positions are only used when a buyer explicitly wants the standard layout.
- What is the minimum order for this size?
- Single-piece replacement orders are accepted; the program is not gated behind large project batches. Quantities, stone availability and lead time are confirmed per inquiry.
- Which marble families suit a 24 in top?
- Calacatta White, Pandora Quartzite, Aqua Grey and Travertine Romano are the families most ordered in this size. Because 24 in tops are small, one slab family can cover many units — the practical check is lot continuity across your phases, which we confirm with lot references before order confirmation.
- Does the top come with a backsplash?
- A 4 in (about 10 cm) backsplash is optional on most modules and must be confirmed at drawing stage, because it changes the cut list and packing. It is not added by default.
- What is your sample policy?
- Samples can be arranged before a program is confirmed. A USD 200 sample fee applies per sample order, and custom sampling and pre-production mock-ups are free of charge for batch production orders. Send the specification and we confirm the sample plan together with current availability.
